Head of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Cervicofacial Surgery at the University in Ljubljana.

President of the Slovenian Otorhinolaryngologic Society since 2016.

Associated professor of the Faculty of Medicine.

Main interest: head and neck pathology with special focus on the surgery of salivary glands, laryngology, and reconstruction, sialoendoscopy, endoscopic surgery for Zenker's pouch, laryngotracheal stenosis.

Slovenian leader in the new surgical methods in otolaryngology, especially in endoscopic laryngeal cancer treatment.
