Patient K.K. 39 years old

- Sex: Female

- Diagnosis: Recurrent bilateral laryngoceles.

- Surgical history: Four previous endoscopic CO2 laser excisions of laryngoceles.

- Current symptoms: Persistent mild dysphagia.

- Laryngoscopy: Bilateral bulging of the false vocal folds, more pronounced on the right side.

- MRI: Small air-filled laryngoceles within postoperative scar tissue.
