Trans patient (MtF) seeking voice feminization

Began hormone therapy at age 21, vaginoplasty at age 30

Medical complaints: Feels that her voice does not match their gender.

Examination: papilloma on the lateral wall of the hypopharynx, normal larynx. No other relevant abnormalities.

She has finished pre-surgery voice therapy.

Plan: Gender glottoplasty + laser assisted Voice + papilloma excision
