Laryngeal papillomatosis involving the anterior commissure bilaterally (HPV 6, 11; initial diagnosis in 2018)

Status post 6-7 laser excisions of laryngeal papillomas (first performed in 2018; further procedures resumed from 2022 onwards, approximately once per year, most recently in 02/2026)

Status post microlaryngoscopy with removal of laryngeal papillomatosis using a blue laser and division of the anterior commissure under general anesthesia on 23 September 2026

Revision microlaryngoscopy with blue laser removal of right-sided papillomatous lesions
