THE CYST : A 29 years old patient who has had severe dysphonia for about a year, accompanied by pain when she uses a lot her voice. She has a cyst on her right vocal cord, probably accompanied by a congenital malformation of the left vocal fold (sulcus). We are initially proposing an attempt to drain this cyst.
