Prof. Isabel Vilaseca (Barcelona)

68 year old male. Past-smoker. TI: 30 p/y. Currently retired
Past hystory:
Multiple malignant melanoma (occipital area, left ear) treated surgically + neck dissection in 2016.
Present history:
8m of progressive hoarseness
No other complaints
Exophytic lesion in left vocal cord. Good motility.
NBI suggestive of carcinoma
CT: superficial lesion in left vocal cord. Paraglottic space and AC free of tumor.
DO: vocal cord carcinoma (cT1N0)
Proposal: TOLMS (biopsy-excision)
